Family Partners is a licensed residential program dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for girls to grow, heal, and achieve their full potential. We strive to build confidence, develop life skills, and create a positive future.

Our Mission

Family Partners mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, structured environment for at-risk youth 12-17 years old that have experienced various distresses. Our goal is to teach them to utilize their previous misfortunes as tools to guide and mold them into productive and successful adults.

Services We Provide Include:

Family Partner’s was born in 2022 by two friends that shared the same vision and passion for at-risk youth. Through our experience working with youth, we saw a need for a home that could provide services for vulnerable youth. This organization is a community-based, youth development agency, founded with the goal of developing educational and social programs to enrich the lives of adolescents in care.

Supervised Visitation
Transitional Housing for Aged-Out Youth
Trauma Counseling

Our Vision

Family Partners primary purpose:

To provide safe, secure and positive living environment designed to each youth emotional, moral, social, and physical development.
To prepare the youth for independent living by bridging the gap from total structure to total independence.
To provide diverse and highly trained staff that will care for the youth.
To aid the youth with case plans that have the goal set for reunification.
To mentor troubled youth; and
To prepare our young people to pursue professions chronically underrepresented by minorities.
